Let’s start with live chat. Sadly, this support method is not available 24/7, 7 days a week, but you can reach out to them during the work hours. I will attach a picture here for you so you can find more information. However, do take note that their staff does not work during the weekends.

I also did some testing and all of my esports problems and queries were resolved within a couple of minutes. Even though I enjoyed their help because of the politeness and professionalism, I had to wait for 5-10 minutes before I was connected to an agent. This is an area where Unikrn could improve.

As for the e-mail support. There is nothing new nor better provided by Unikrn. Standard customer support which usually takes around 24 hours to reply to your query or problem.
