Betting Options

BC.GAME offer quite a lot of betting markets, arguably even more than traditional esports betting bookies! This is complemented by some pretty impressive odds as well, although these don’t differ too much from what you’ll be used to finding elsewhere.

Different odds formats are also available, depicted in the image below. Among the options available, you can elect to switch been American, Fractional, and even Malaysian.

There are also numerous esports tournaments you can bet on, especially when it comes to CS:GO, along with more niche, B-Tier events.

Unfortunately, the biggest drawback of BC.GAME is their rather limited variety of esports games. At the time of writing, the site offers just seven esports titles, with the major ones being CS:GO, League of Legends, Dota 2, and Rocket League.

This is quite a low number of options, especially compared to other, similar bookmakers and cryptocurrency betting sites. However, it’s evident that the bookmaker is constantly trying to add new titles to their selection, so we are hoping to see more in the future.

The good news is that there isn’t any form of maximum stake you can place – you have complete freedom on how much you want to bet!

Odds Competitiveness

For this calculation, we’ll be using the overround method. In short, betting sites always create odds that will, in almost all cases, guarantee a profit for the bookie, regardless of the result. Here’s an example:

Fair odds in this specific example would be 1.7 to 2.4 for a 100% overround. However, the bookie’s odds show a 108% overround, always guaranteeing the bookie a profit regardless of the result.

What this essentially means is that BC.GAME’s odds competitiveness is actually fairly decent.

Bc.Game’s bet builder is exceptionally easy to use and displays a lot of useful information for customers. Although some info is missing (such as which tournament your bet is related to), otherwise, it’s quite intuitive.

There are no limitations when it comes to using the bet builder – you can even combine bets for different sports into one betting slip. This is extremely convenient for those who love betting on multiple sports or esports.

When it comes to cashing out, there are also no limitations. However, there is a minimum withdrawal amount you’ll have to meet before you can withdraw your funds. More on this later.

Needless to say, before you can start betting, you’ll need to register an account with BC.GAME. Fortunately, the registration process itself is quick and pretty straightforward.

First, locate the green ‘Sign Up’ button at the top-right of the home page.

Enter your email and password and click another ‘Sign Up’ button that appears here. You can also choose to add a promo/referral code (if you have one). Alternatively, you can log in through other apps such as Google, Facebook, or Telegram.

Once registered, you’ll be asked to provide your first name, last name, and date of birth for verification purposes. Note that you must be 18+ years of age in order to create an account and use the site’s services.

Depositing and withdrawing to and from BC.GAME is relatively straightforward. However, most new users will probably get confused due to the sheer number of payment methods that are accepted. Let’s take a closer look:

Deposits

To be fair, seeing how BC.GAME focuses predominantly on cryptocurrency, this isn’t too surprising.

Withdrawals

You’ll be happy to know that every option accepted for deposits can also be used for withdrawing. This isn’t really common in the market; bookies generally have fewer withdrawal options than deposit options, so this is a big plus for BC.GAME.

Having said that, there is a minimum withdrawal amount for cryptocurrencies which you’ll need to meet to take out any of your winnings. On the other hand, there is no such limit in place for withdrawals made using fiat currencies.

Judging by everything that BC.GAME offer, it’s safe to say that their promotions are nigh unparalleled in the market. Let’s take a look at them one by one:

• BCD Unlock – When you play games at BC.GAME, you’ll receive BCD in your wallet, which is the site’s in-game currency. You need to unlock it by wagering (it works very similarly to rakeback in poker). 1 BCD is equivalent to 1 USD, which is an excellent rate for currencies of its kind.
• Shitcode – Although the name might imply otherwise, shitcodes can actually be used to unlock specific crypto rewards – a feature unique to the crypto betting world! You can get shitcodes through a variety of means, including special announcements, BC.GAME’s forums, the players’ chat room, social media, and custom affiliate links.
• Master Medals – Medals are earned by performing certain actions or meeting specific requirements. When you get your first five medals, you’ll receive 20 BCD. You’ll keep receiving rewards for each five-medal increment, with a maximum of 20 medals. If you do get 20 medals, you’ll also receive 10,000 BCD.

You also have access to ‘Other Bonuses’. Some of these are only available to bettors who are part of the ‘VIP Club’, but there are plenty of promotions available for others as well.

1. Task Hub – The task hub contains a list of daily and weekly tasks that you can complete for extra BCD. Some daily tasks include enabling 2FA, verifying your email, and uploading your own photo to act as your avatar. Weekly tasks are a bit more complicated, but nothing too difficult. One excellent characteristic of the BC.GAME esports betting experience is that you’ll be able to follow and bet on most, if not all of the matches, in real time, thanks to the numerous livestreams and live betting options available.

The livestream itself is active by default, but you can change which match that part of the screen should show. The betting markets are very similar to what you can find in the pre-match offer, so no surprises there.

BC.GAME is a highly secure website, holding a Curaçao gambling licence and, because they’re a predominantly cryptocurrency-focused bookie, some added security measures have been implemented too. The customer support at BC.GAME is excellent, available 24/7, and highly efficient.  They’ll help with any sort of questions that you may have but, in most cases, you’ll be able to find answers by visiting the Help Center.

The Help Center is essentially a collection of the most pressing service, security, and customer support issues, as well as being home to the site’s FAQs. You’ll be able to find helpful information here about their privacy policy, terms of service, terms of sports, FAQs, registration, login help, and much more.

While we couldn’t contact the support team at the time of writing this review (it seems that they are updating this service), our findings are based on customer reviews, which showed positive reactions.

The only issue we found is that there seems to be only one method of contacting customer support, and that’s through live chat. Unfortunately, this can lead to support being unavailable during certain times. Still, there are plenty of resources that punters can use to learn more or get answers to their questions.

On the left side of your screen, you’ll see buttons leading to different parts of the website. The centre showcases bonuses and various other offers currently available.

One drawback of so much activity going on is that it can feel overwhelming at times. The sheer amount of information can cause newcomers to lose track of what they were looking for in the first place!

The website footer is quite beefy but for good reason – there’s quite a lot of info surrounding the site’s credentials, accepted payment methods, and partners. You can also send them feedback about the site by clicking on the green ‘Leave a Message’ button (seen in the top-right of the screenshot above).

On top of that, if you’re looking to place some esports bets, then BC.GAME have you covered here too! Granted, their esports options aren’t quite as expansive as what you’d find at other bookies, but they are constantly working on adding more, so this will only get better as time goes by.

From a personal standpoint, we think there are certain kinks that need fixing. For example, some of the buttons on the website didn’t work on PC, but on mobile they did. As we touched on above, we’re also not big fans of how many elements are on the home page; it’s a bit overwhelming for a first-time visitor. Still, our experience was satisfactory and overall positive.
