TSM Snapdragon and Fnatic win the LCS spring playoffs

Fnatic-Lcs-Spring-Playoff-winnerIt was a very thrilling esport event that happend last weekend. Most exiting probably was the epic battle for the victory in the spring playoffs between Fnatic and Gambit BenQ on Sunday. The finals were played in a best of five mode and all five matches were necessary to decide the winner. Our favorite games were game number 3 and 4 by the way. In the last and deciding game Gambit BenQ’s Mid Lane Star “Alex Ich” didn’t get into the game very well and the gold advantage by Fnatic was too huge already to turn the game around.

But not only the finals of the EU region were very exciting. Also in the NA League the final between Good Game University and TSM Snapdragon went through the whole distance of five games before the title finally went to TSM Snapdragon. In total in both regions the teams competed for a prize money pool of $ 100.000.
