When will tickets go on sale?

Not all tickets will go on sale at the same time, release date depends on the stage of the tournament. For example, tickets for play-in and group stages will go on sale on Thursday, April 5, at 5 PM CEST. On the other hand, for knockout stage (semifinals and finals) tickets will be released in two waves:

  • Wave I – Friday, April 6 at 5 PM CEST
  • Wave II – Friday, April 13 at 5 PM CEST

Where to purchase tickets?

Unlike previous tournaments where all tickets were available on the same website, this year it is not the case. The 2018 MSI tickets for play-in and group stages were will available exclusively on Eventbrite. The site is available in both English and German. That said, tickets for group stages will be released through Ticketmaster and this site is available in English and French. Your location doesn’t really matter, you can purchase your MSI tickets regardless of where you live if you want to witness all the amazing battles in the arena.

How much will tickets cost?

Similarly to all events hosted by Riot Games, tickets will be reasonably priced this time as well. Prices vary based on the competition stage and place in the studio. Check all the prices below:

  • Play-in stage EU LCS Studio in Berlin – €20
  • Group stage EU LCS Studio in Berlin – €25

The knockout stage at Zenith Arena in Paris

  • Semifinals (Friday and Saturday)
    • Tier 1 (floor seats) – €40

  • Finals (Sunday)
    • Tier 1 – €45
    • Tier 2 – €35
    • Tier 3 – €25

It’s important to mention that the above-mentioned prices include taxes so there are no additional expenses. If you choose to have the tickets mailed to you, shipping costs will apply, of course. A single transaction can include up to 4 tickets, regardless of the MSI tournament stage.

Do I need an account on Eventbrite/Ticketmaster to buy tickets?

This is a common question among persons who have never used these platforms to buy tickets for some events. Yes, you do need to set up an account in order to buy tickets. When will MSI be held?
