League of Legends Teams\u00a0aus dreizehn verschiedenen Regionen treten dabei in f\u00fcnf spannenden Turnieren gegeneinander an, das mit Abstand hei\u00df ersehnteste Aufeinandertreffen ist das Duell der beiden ewigen Rivalen Nordamerika (NA LCS) und Europa (EU LCS). Die verschiedenen Turniere in aller Welt beinhalten dabei immer zwei bis drei Regionen und finden vom 3. bis zum 9. Juli 2017 statt. Dabei spielt jedes Team einer Region gegen die drei Gegnerteams der verfeindeten Region jeweils zwei Mal, beispielsweise zieht G2 Esports sowohl gegen Team SoloMid, als auch gegen Cloud9 und Phoenix1 in der Hinrunde sowohl als auch in der R\u00fcckrunde in den Kampf. Duelle mit Mannschaften der eigenen Herkunftsregion sind nicht vorgesehen. Ziel der Gruppenphase ist es, ein Ranking der Mannschaften innerhalb einer LCS Region zu bekommen. Alle Zweik\u00e4mpfe innerhalb der Gruppenphase werden im Best-of-1 Modus ausgetragen.<\/p>\n<h3>Playoff-Phase<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die finale Phase des Turniers entscheidet sich mit dem Aufeinandertreffen der beiden besten Mannschaften einer jeden Region. Dieses Duell wird im Best-of-5 Modus ausgetragen und die Region der siegreichen Mannschaft wird schlussendlich zum Champion des Turniers gek\u00fcrt.
